What is King's Gate Club?
King's Gate Club is a little bit of Paradise, a 55+ Manufactured Home gated community conveniently located in Nokomis, Florida with quick access to nearby beaches as well as I-75.

King's Gate Club stands out among 55-plus communities by being both owned and operated by its residents, rather than an external company. Governance is provided by a volunteer Board of Directors, made up of nine homeowners, with daily operations managed by a licensed Community Association Manager and supporting staff.

King's Gate Club consists of 331 units on approximately 80 acres, with 78 homes fronting a 6 acre lake, 39 homes on Shakett Creek, and 32 homes on Cowpen Slough. Of these, 57 have water access to the Gulf of Mexico.
